What is WAM?
WAM is artist management, organizational and creative management.
WAM is an acronym for the name Words & Movement – a concept that unites a love of art and diverse forms of expression. WAM brings together what emerges at the intersection of multiple artistic disciplines. The journey began in the world of dance and continued in the world of music.
Through storytelling and movement Visual stories are created and artists are developed who have something to say and share with the world. WAM operates as exclusive management, which is why it doesn't represent two similar performers. The focus is on authentic individuals and specific artistic stories.

Meet the Founder
Jelena Đukanović - CEO of WAM
She combined her love of art and organization into WAM. She is educated in PR and online marketing (Faculty of Political Science and VŠEM), in the human rights sector (Women's Studies and Peace Studies), in video production and songwriting (MPA), and has been active in the dance world since kindergarten. Her love for dance led her to obtain her license as a dance technique instructor and to open the Station No.5 dance studio, which she has proudly owned since 2019.
For a period of her life, she worked at a record label, after which she went to America and opened a dance studio in Zagreb.
During the 2020 coronavirus pandemic, she decided to launch the Femme Station project, which became one of the largest regional dance events.
Over time, she began working with various young performers, and the rest is history!
She combined everything she did and everything she trained for into one – WAM!
